2. Defective Jewelry (14-Day Window)

If you believe your jewelry is defective:

You must notify us within 14 days of purchase

The item must be returned for inspection

If confirmed defective, we will:Replace the item, orOffer a suitable alternative

All warranty decisions are made at our discretion.

3. What Is Considered a Defect
